Refund policy

1. Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package. This is often our international warehouse. To initiate a return, please contact us at ricordatidi@outlook.com to receive the correct return instructions and local warehouse address.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately at ricordatidi@outlook.com with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
